Return & Refund

Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept exchanges of an unused product. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and have the item shipped back to My Moonflower Studio within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the originally purchased item My Moonflower Studio will then pack and ship the newly requested item.

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

 

If the original item purchased costs more than the item you have chosen for the exchange, you will be issued a store credit. This store credit will never expire.

 

My Moonflower Studio will not issue exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. I will also not issue exchanges for items on sale or custom or personalized orders.

 

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

 

We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

 

We aim to accept all exchanges. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon receiving them.

 

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or cancellations at this time.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
